As an Application and Integration Specialist, you will contribute to creating a better everyday life for the many people by securing stable, efficient, and user-friendly digital solutions for the business. Through managing enterprise applications, improving ERP systems, and developing integrations and automation solutions, you will help simplify ways of working, support business growth, and enable a seamless experience for co-workers and customers.

  • Secure stable, efficient, and user-friendly enterprise applications that support business operations and future growth.
  • Administer, support, and continuously improve ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics D365, Business Central, AX, and NAV.
  • Manage system configurations, upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization to secure reliable operations and positive user experiences.
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ERP and connected business systems including POS, CRM, e-commerce, HR, and finance platforms.
  • Build and support APIs, middleware, and data pipelines to secure seamless, accurate, and real-time data flow across systems.
  • Identify opportunities to automate business processes and reduce manual administration through digital and automation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or other automation platforms to improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across functions to understand business needs and translate requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, and system issues while providing timely support and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Secure data integrity, system security, governance, and compliance by maintaining clear documentation, supporting audits, and monitoring system performance

Desired Candidate Profile

Who are you ?

  • Relevant degree or equivalent real-world experience building and delivering technology solutions
  • 3 5 years of practical experience delivering technical solutions in a professional environment
  • Proven experience in application support, ERP systems, automation, and integration
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics ERP or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and integration patterns
  • Experience with automation tools (Power Platform, RPA, scripting)
  • Proficiency with data formats (JSON, XML) and databases (SQL)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
