Job Description
This position acts as a strategic link between Marketing and Sales in an international context, ensuring the consistency of corporate processes while adapting to the needs of local markets.
The objective is to ensure that leads generated through corporate and local marketing initiatives are properly qualified, nurtured, and passed on to sales teams with the highest possible level of maturity, relevance, and quality. This directly contributes to pipeline growth and business impact, with a strong focus on France and Morocco.
Main responsibilities
Corporate Primordial
- Execute and support the lead management process, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and best practices.
- Apply consistent lead qualification criteria (Prospect / MQL / SQL) in Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce.
- Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of lead and contact data in the systems.
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of the Lead Management process.
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing, Sales and corporate IT teams to continuously improve models and processes.
Local perimeter France and Morocco
- Qualify leads for the French and Moroccan markets, with a good understanding of the local business context.
- Interact with leads via email, phone and digital channels to validate their interest, needs, timing and business potential.
- Working closely with sales teams in France and Morocco to ensure alignment, feedback and continuous improvement of lead quality.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs (service level agreements) between local Marketing and Sales teams.
- Supporting Demand Generation campaigns and initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead MQL SQL conversion rate
- Quality of leads validated by the sales teams in France and Morocco
- Contribution to the pipeline (leads generated and influenced)
- Average lead qualification time
- Lead rejection rate by sales teams
- Feedback from local and corporate teams

Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Skills & Experience
- Prior experience as an SDR or in lead management.
- Knowledge of lead qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT).
- Experience in matrix and international organizations.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt to local contexts while respecting corporate consistency.
- Intercultural sensitivity and ease in remote collaboration.
- Ability to question practices in a constructive manner.
