Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our teams and participate in the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment and advanced support.
Main tasks:
Design, develop and configure applications and workflows on ServiceNow.
Implement, customize and integrate the main ServiceNow modules:
Develop scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes).
Participate in integrations with third-party tools (APIs, Web Services, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
Follow ServiceNow development best practices (Scoped Apps, Flow Designer).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and ensure technological monitoring.
Train and support internal teams and key users.
Desired profile
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience on ServiceNow, including 3 years on large-scale projects.
Mastery of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC modules (at least 2 modules from these).
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript client and server).
Strong integration skills (REST, SOAP, API).
Good understanding of ITIL processes.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum mode.
Analytical mind, autonomy and proactive approach.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM, HRSD...)
