MyOutDesk is excited to announce a position for a Healthcare Operations Associate (Outbound Calls) in Casablanca.
This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals with U.
S. healthcare experience who want to grow their careers supporting a high-growth U.
S. healthcare client.
As a Healthcare Operations Associate, you'll work virtually with our U.
S.-based client, placing outbound calls to clinics, healthcare providers, and insurance contacts to gather and document the information their onshore team needs to coordinate patient care.
This role is focused on data gathering, not sales; you'll follow structured workflows, ask the right questions, and capture information with precision.
Key Responsibilities: Place daily outbound calls to U.
S. healthcare providers, clinics, and insurance contacts following detailed scripts and instructions.
Accurately capture call information and enter it into the client's internal systems.
Monitor your assigned task queue and meet daily volume and quality benchmarks.
Conduct online research on healthcare practices, providers, specialties, and insurance plans.
Re-attempt calls and troubleshoot edge cases to meet quality standards.
Respond promptly to Slack messages and join occasional video meetings with the U.
S. team. Share feedback on tools and workflows to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Fluent in English with a C2 level (spoken and written).
2+ years of experience in the U.
S. healthcare industry (providers, insurance, care coordination, billing, or similar).
2+ years in a call center, lead generation, virtual assistant, or outbound calling role.
Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and comfort with CRMs and multiple web-based tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks across a queue.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Working familiarity with the U.
S. healthcare system, providers, and insurance plans.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Additional Considerations: Flexibility in working hours to accommodate U.
S. client schedules (afternoon / evening).
Experience supporting U.
S.-based clients or remote international teams is preferred.
Familiarity with carrier portals, prior authorizations, or patient navigation is a plus.
