Roles & Responsibilities
Supervision of billing and collection activities on behalf of our client Coface France: ensuring compliance, punctuality and quality of invoices issued.
- Planning of skills development actions.
- Analysis of key financial indicators: monitoring of cash receipts, payment delays, disputes and doubtful debts.
- Field assistance during the processing of difficult tasks.
- Reporting of information and anomalies internally and to the EIC and to clients.
- Processing administrative requests from employees.
- To take charge of the qualitative management of the activity.
- Ensure that qualitative objectives are met by implementing preventive and corrective actions in a targeted manner.
- Manage, motivate and train the team as well as new recruits.
- Set and monitor individual and collective objectives.
- Managing your team administratively (scheduling, absenteeism, leave).
- Participate in actions that improve social indicators (attrition, absenteeism).
- Actively participate in the preparation of client committees.
- To monitor and complete initial and continuing training needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
University degree in insurance, finance, economics or a related field.
- Managerial experience in team management.
- Prior experience in credit insurance, business insurance or a similar position is an asset.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (French).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interpersonal skills, professionalism and a collaborative spirit
- Attention to detail and results orientation.
