Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients upon their arrival with politeness, a smile, and efficiency.

• Take charge of luggage, transport it to the room or vehicle.

• Park clients' vehicles in complete safety, in accordance with internal procedures.

• Bring clients' vehicles back at their request upon departure.

• Assist with opening doors, carrying luggage, and orienting clients.

• Ensure order, cleanliness, and fluidity in the hotel entrance area.

• Provide basic information about the hotel and its services.

• Work closely with Reception and Concierge.

• Participate in occasional missions (room delivery, taxi calls, etc.).

• Be responsible for the confidentiality and security of the entrusted property.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile sought:

• Presentation, courteous attitude and a strong sense of service.
• Valid driving license (B required, other categories desirable).
• Good driving skills, manual and automatic vehicles.
• Good physical condition (luggage handling).
• Discretion, punctuality, sense of organization.
• Proficiency in French, knowledge of English is highly appreciated.
• Experience in a high-end hotel establishment is a plus.
