Roles & Responsibilities

This role will report to the or Head of Marketing.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, ...)
  • Optimize website content and landing pages to improve traffic and conversion rates
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools and provide actionable insights
  • Manage social media accounts and content calendars to increase engagement and brand visibility
  • Support lead generation activities and track ROI of marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging

The ideal Digital Marketing Specialist:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
  • Certification in Digital Marketing
  • 2 4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize performance
  • Creative mindset with strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
