Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and consolidate the project's R&D and CAPEX expenditures under the authority of the Project Economics Manager (PEM), and steer action plans to achieve assigned budgetary objectives.

establish and consolidate the status of project expenditures (R&D, CAPEX, make/buy, supplier ED&D, PSO)

Develop a multi-year expenditure vision and breakdowns (annual, by project, by region)

Manage budget convergence action plans with Engineering, GPSC and Purchasing

Manage the annual project budget (monitoring vs. budget, monthly/annual forecasts, indirect costs)

Control and validate R&D spending and investment workflows

Preparing for serial entry: compilation of residual expenses, transfer to the Serial Life Team

Formalize feedback and management rules in VEMO/RD3C

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years degree in Finance, Economics or Engineering. Experience in an R&D/CAPEX controlling environment. Interface with technical organizations (R&D, Engineering, Finance, project teams).

Financial consolidation, variance analysis, reporting

Contr le budg taire R&D et CAPEX (make/buy, launching costs, ED&D, PSO)

Risk & Opportunity Management (R&O portfolio)

Monthly and annual forecasting, real vs. budget tracking

Knowledge of the automotive sector (industry)

Tools: SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel)
