Roles & Responsibilities
HSE regulatory monitoring and audit: manage the monitoring offer (initial compliance audits, monthly reports, annual reports) using the AXONE group platform adapted to Moroccan regulations.
Compliance audits: to carry out regulatory compliance audits in health, safety, environment and energy at our industrial and service sector clients.
Support for certifications to deploy ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 management systems and equivalent standards.
Production of measurements and diagnostics, managing measurement missions (noise, vibrations, clarity, indoor air quality, asbestos, legionella) in coordination with internal technicians and partner laboratories.
high value added technical studies in close collaboration with the SOCOTEC group teams, carrying out on an ad hoc basis impact studies, risk analyses (occupational risk assessment, ATEX) or technical expertise.
Business development involves prospecting, qualifying opportunities, preparing technical and financial offers, negotiating and retaining the client portfolio.
Representation to be the HSE technical contact person for clients and within the SOCOTEC group.
Team building (term) participate in the recruitment and skills development of an HSE team as the business grows.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac+5 or engineering degree, specializing in HSE, QSE, process engineering, industrial safety or equivalent.
starting from 5 years of experience in an HSE consulting firm, certification body, inspection office, or as a QHSE manager in industry or on a large project.
Confirmed mastery of Moroccan regulations: Law 11-03 (environment), 12-03 (impact studies), 13-03 (air), 36-15 (water), labor code, as well as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 standards.
Proven practice in regulatory compliance audits and support for certifications, preferably in the role of a trusted third party.
Auditor training (IRCA, ICA or equivalent) appreciated.
Customer focus and genuine commercial acumen: drafting proposals, presentations, negotiation, prospecting.
Autonomy in production, methodological rigor and a sense of professional ethics.
Fluent French; professional Arabic and English appreciated.
Category B driving licence and national mobility for occasional travel to industrial sites.
