Roles & Responsibilities
Within this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Creation and management of key performance indicators (KPIs) adapted to business needs
- Creation and configuration of Dynatrace/grafana panels (tiles) adapted to different operational and decision-making needs in real time.
- Implementation, configuration and optimization of Dynatrace alerts (alerting profiles, anomaly detection, dynamic baselines, personalized thresholds).
- Updating dashboards/alerts in Grafana.
- Technical analysis in case of problems.
- Unit technical tests.
- Technical analysis and scoping with the SPOs.
- Monitoring of technical requests with suppliers (Aeris, Redbend).
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree: Master's degree (Bac+5)
Experience: 3-5 years
