Roles & Responsibilities


  • Warmly welcome and greet customers, giving them a positive first impression.
  • Assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and answering their questions throughout their stay.
  • Anticipate customer needs and respond to them quickly and efficiently.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ensure coordination with other departments to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide information on local attractions, restaurants and activities.
  • Process payments and manage reservations accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer services and operational processes.
  • Desired Candidate Profile

    You have proven experience in customer service and have demonstrated your ability to satisfy customers in an exceptional manner.

    • Excellent communication skills in Arabic, French and English
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • My mastery of computer systems and ability to quickly learn new software.
    • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality, tourism or a related field preferred.
    • Prior experience in the hotel and restaurant industry is an asset.
    • Knowledge of Casablanca and Moroccan culture to enhance the customer experience.
    • A good knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is an asset.
    • Understanding of hotel industry standards and best practices
    • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
    • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
