Warmly welcome and greet customers, giving them a positive first impression.
Assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and answering their questions throughout their stay.
Anticipate customer needs and respond to them quickly and efficiently.
Address customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Ensure coordination with other departments to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
Provide information on local attractions, restaurants and activities.
Process payments and manage reservations accurately
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer services and operational processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have proven experience in customer service and have demonstrated your ability to satisfy customers in an exceptional manner.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic, French and English
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- My mastery of computer systems and ability to quickly learn new software.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality, tourism or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the hotel and restaurant industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of Casablanca and Moroccan culture to enhance the customer experience.
- A good knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is an asset.
- Understanding of hotel industry standards and best practices
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
