Roles & Responsibilities
Main missions
- Verify the completeness and conformity of the DOE transmitted by the production teams or subcontractors.
- Check the quality of the documents provided: plans, diagrams, measurement sheets, minutes, recipe sheets, etc.
- Ensure compliance with the standards and requirements defined in the technical specifications or customer specifications.
- Identify non-conformities and write the associated audit reports .
- Monitor the correction of discrepancies and make the necessary follow-ups with the teams concerned.
- Participate in the implementation or continuous improvement of DOE quality processes.
- Propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide regular reporting to management and/or the client.
- Participate in the training of internal teams and subcontractors on DOE requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
With a Bac + 5 degree (Engineering or Master's in Telecom or GIS)
Comp tences techniques : - My proficiency with office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of GIS tools (Networks if needed, ArcGIS).
- Good understanding of telecom networks (FTTH, copper, fiber, civil engineering) or the construction sector.
- Reading and understanding of technical specifications and client contractual requirements.
- Knowledge of technical documentation standards.
Cross-cutting skills: - Rigour, attention to detail, and organisation.
- Ability to read and analyze technical documents.
- Autonomy, critical thinking and proactivity.
- Good interpersonal skills with production teams, project managers and subcontractors.
