A Typical Day As a Category Manager for our Skin Care and Hair Care categories, you will be the driving force behind our growth by defining and leading the strategy for iconic brands like L'Oréal Paris and Garnier in the Moroccan market. You will be responsible for transforming market analyses into concrete action plans to strengthen our leadership position. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing the category strategy: Analyzing the market, the competition, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities. - Drive innovation: Manage the launch of new products, from design to market launch, in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams. - Activate the brand portfolio: Build and execute the promotional plan and product assortment to maximize sales and market share. - Measure performance: Track key performance indicators (sales, profitability, market share) and recommend corrective actions. Your ability to collaborate and influence will be essential for success. - You hold a Master's degree in Business or Marketing. - You have initial successful experience in marketing or category management, ideally in the consumer goods sector. - Consumer Centricity: You place the consumer at the heart of all your decisions. - Insights & Analytics: You excel at analyzing data to extract relevant information. - Brand & Category Strategy: You know how to build a strategic vision for a category and its brands. - Business Acumen: You have a solid understanding of financial and commercial issues. - Project Management: You are organized and capable of managing several projects simultaneously.
