Job :
- Participate in the development of the technical design of products.
- Coach digital/IT teams and train new hires.
- Collaborate on the integration of products into the IS with the technical architect.
- Ensure product quality.
- Develop the teams.
Required profile :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development.
- Significant experience as a tech lead.
- Ability to mentor junior technical profiles/developers & to lead them daily.
- Proficiency in various languages, for example: PHP, HTML, CSS, JAVA, REACT...
- Ability to implement processes & mastery of the cost, quality, and deadline triangle.
- Ability to keep up with technological advancements.
