Job Description As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst specializing in the fields of electronic payments, money transfer and mobile banking.
Main missions
- Gather, analyze and formalize third-party business needs.
- Facilitate scoping workshops with the various stakeholders.
- Write the statements of requirements, functional specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- To act as the interface between the third-party and technical teams.
- Participate in the design and improvement of user journeys.
- Supporting development teams throughout the implementation cycle.
- Prepare and execute the functional recipes.
- Monitor anomalies and contribute to their resolution.
- Participate in the deployment of new functionalities and user support.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Approximately 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
- Significant experience in the fields of electronic banking, money transfer and mobile banking.
- Good knowledge of electronic payment methods and digital financial ecosystems.
- Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent analytical, communication and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Valued skills
- Knowledge of payment systems and electronic networks.
- Experience on digital banking or fintech projects.
- Proficiency in project management and Agile tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Knowledge of national and international money transfer processes.
