Roles & Responsibilities
Context: As part of a strategic project to redesign the Agent position and implement the roadmap of projects for the retail market in the insurance sector, we are looking for a confirmed or senior Data Analyst to support the transformation team.
Duration: 6 months renewable
Start: ASAP
Location: Casablanca, Morocco
Missions:
- Apply Design Thinking techniques to co-build innovative solutions
- Lead workshops with business teams to gather and challenge needs
- Participate in project management according to Waterfall and Agile standards
- Implement Agile values and principles, with particular expertise in Scrum
- Use Agile project management tools (Jira or equivalent)
- Analyze technological challenges and propose improvements
- Challenge existing practices and co-build differentiating solutions
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum Bac+5 (Engineering School or Business School)
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role (Business Transformation, Retail, Marketing, Customer Experience)
- Significant and proven expertise in the Insurance sector (mandatory)
- Excellent analytical, piloting, and communication skills
- Strong ease in leading workshops with business units
