Roles & Responsibilities

As a General Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, you are the orchestrator of exceptional experiences. Your role goes beyond executing the masterplan; it's about balancing strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and achieving commercial results. You will balance executing and delivering the masterplan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and achieving commercial results for our stakeholders. You will work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation, as well as ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and managing the hotel budget. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the hotel. Desired Candidate Profile

Applicants must be able to speak French and relocate to Morocco. Minimum 10 15 years of progressive hotel leadership experience, with at least 5 years as a General Manager within an upscale, luxury, or international branded hotel. Proven track record of successfully managing full hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources. Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated success in driving RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, market share, and overall profitability. Extensive experience managing multiple revenue streams, particularly Food & Beverage, events, weddings, and leisure-focused operations. Experience working closely with hotel owners, asset managers, and corporate stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and delivering agreed business objectives. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams while fostering a culture of service excellence and accountability. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and capital expenditure planning. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to navigate a multicultural environment and effectively lead a diverse workforce. Knowledge of the Moroccan hospitality market, tourism trends, and regional business landscape is preferred.
