IAM Specialist – Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced IAM Specialist with strong Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC) expertise to join its Identity & Access Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting IAM and Identity Governance solutions, ensuring secure access management across the organisation while driving continuous improvements to identity lifecycle and governance processes.
Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and support Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions across the organisation. Configure and enhance identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows. Develop and maintain integrations between Sail Point ISC and enterprise platforms using REST APIs, Java, JSON, Power Shell, and Python. Implement and manage access governance controls, user provisioning processes, access reviews, and role-based access models. Analyse IAM processes and solution effectiveness, identifying opportunities for optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement.
Experience Required Proven experience working within Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) environments. Strong hands-on experience with Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC). Solid understanding of IT security principles, including identity management, access control, authentication, and identity lifecycle management. Experience working with Java, REST APIs, JSON, Power Shell, and/or Python for integrations and automation. Experience working within Agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
