About the position

As part of the development of our activities in the aeronautics sector in Casablanca, we are recruiting a Quality Engineer - Document Management. The position aims to support the piloting and improvement of quality processes, ensuring document management, audit monitoring, and process maturity in compliance with EN 9100 requirements.

Job Missions

As a Quality Engineer - Document Management, your main missions will be:

• Support for process piloting: assist process pilots in managing requirements through tools
• Document management: Update and follow process documents, Manage the interface file, Update the organizational chart and ensure its dissemination
• Continuous improvement: Propose documentary improvements or modifications, Monitor process maturity and analyze gaps
• Audit piloting: Plan audits (agenda, KOM, dossier preparation), Participate in audits and ensure follow-up of actions, Raise awareness among teams about quality requirements
• Risk and Opportunity (R&O) management: Organize R&O reviews, Present results in PMR, Monitor associated action plans
• Animation and communication: Update awareness materials, Organize and lead meetings

Desired Candidate Profile

• Basic education level: BAC +5
• Specialization: Quality, Industrial Engineering or equivalent, with mastery of Office tools and non-conformity management
• Confirmed Experience (3-5 years)
• Location: Casablanca
• Skills and requirements: Good knowledge of the EN 9100 quality management system, Knowledge of the aeronautics environment, Good command of the Microsoft Office suite, Experience in document management and quality process monitoring, Ability to pilot audits and monitor action plans, Autonomy and organizational skills, Good communication and meeting facilitation skills, Initiative, responsiveness and continuous improvement orientation
