Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Account Team Leader, you will be responsible for processing maintenance quote requests related to maintenance proposals during product sales: supporting the sales force in preparing maintenance and product quotes. You will provide quoting and information tools, and facilitate negotiations with partners to ensure the success of our sales offers. You will also be responsible for creating specific quotes and optimizing costs for competitive projects, enabling the sales team to develop proposals by determining their margin levels while adhering to delegation rules. This includes ensuring the feasibility of requests, developing offers with partners, negotiating with our partners, and verifying information provided by the client, particularly in the case of trade-ins, to optimize the reliability of our responses and create profitable offers. Establish maintenance pricing based on maintenance costs, ensure service feasibility with support, and provide pricing consistent with the client's marketing offer to standardize the maintenance offering and guarantee a unified approach. Ensure the updating and dissemination of information (pricing, product ranges, pricing conditions, obsolescence, new partner processes) to communicate changes. Participate in the continuous improvement of processes by reporting malfunctions or opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Search profile

Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Computer Networks or higher.

Experience: Entry-level or 1 year of experience in a similar position or equivalent knowledge.

Certifications: CCNA R&S is a plus.

Good organization and prioritization.

Required skills:

Network network: CCNA level.

Solid knowledge of one or more suppliers (CISCO, FORTINET, ARUBA, PALO ALTO and others).

A good mastery of Excel.

Good communication skills in French, both spoken and written.

A good level of English for communication is desirable.

Good analytical skills and good negotiation skills.
