Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Director in Agadir and a member of the management committee, you will lead and manage all activities and human resources at your site, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments to clients, Concentrix Group processes and standards, and within the budget set by senior management. You will lead the site's management team in close collaboration with the functional departments. You will be responsible for achieving objectives and fulfilling commitments made to clients at your site. You will organize and coordinate all technical and functional support resources for the site under your responsibility. You will ensure adherence to budgetary objectives with a constant focus on site profitability. You will promote the Concentrix culture and enforce internal regulations, labor laws, and safety rules on the site. You manage internal communication across the sites and ensure a positive work environment. To this end, you guarantee high-quality social dialogue and chair local employee representative bodies. You represent the company to clients and key local economic and political stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

You hold a higher education degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent. You have significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, managing production sites and multidisciplinary teams, ideally within the contact center sector. You have experience leading teams of over 300 employees. As a manager and ambassador, you possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for management. You are customer- and results-oriented. You have a solid understanding of P&L and budget management. You have experience in managing employee relations and facilitating employee representative bodies. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
