For all clients, the mission of a Digital Advisor consists of: Responding to customer requests in writing within the allotted time. Assisting the customer until their commercial or first-level technical problem is resolved. Guaranteeing the achievement of the project's quantitative and qualitative objectives. Before taking on the mission, complete training is provided to prepare them for the responsibilities entrusted to them.
