Job Description: The Project Diagnostic Manager (PDM) is the cross-functional technical expert ensuring the ease of diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of STELLANTIS vehicles, from design to after-sales service. Thanks to their expertise, they guarantee the long-term quality of the vehicle as well as a positive customer experience in the after-sales workshop.
Main tasks:
- Diagnostic consistency: verify strategies (DTCs, algorithms, sensors/ECU) and validate the robustness of the DTCs.
- Workshop support: defining repairability, preparing the new vehicle, identifying tools & documentation.
- Cross-functional collaboration: working with electronics, software, motors, chassis, ADAS; managing cross-functional topics.
- Regulatory compliance: guarantee compliance with OBD, Euro 6/7 and approval.
- Long-term quality: detect all risks and strengthen robustness & customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac + 5) in industrial/mechanical engineering
- 0 to 1 year of experience
- Proficiency in Excel/BI is a plus
- Problem solving
