You will lead a team of experienced developers and work closely with our architects, project managers, and clients to ensure the success of our projects. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Java and Angular. Mentor and guide a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and in-depth expertise. Collaborate with software architects to define the technical architecture of projects. Work closely with teams and project managers to understand functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Ensure code quality, performance, and security of developed applications. Actively participate in discussions on improving development processes and adopting best practices. As a Java Tech Lead, it is essential to possess the following skills and qualities in software development, management, and project management: You have proven experience as a Java Developer and as a technical lead. You have a perfect command of one or more Java languages and demonstrate a particular interest and expertise in application architecture. You are curious about various areas of IT application: web-front-end, mobile apps, backend APIs, Full Stack, etc. You are able to understand the available technical possibilities and express them in the product to optimize it in terms of cost, effort, etc. You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and strategically delegate tasks. You have a thorough understanding of software design principles, application architecture, and development best practices. You have a good knowledge of agile development tools and methodologies. You have excellent written and spoken English skills.
