Roles & Responsibilities
As a Road Operation Administrator , your role is to coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring transportation flows smoothly and efficiently. This includes planning optimal routes, monitoring vehicle and driver performance, and ensuring strict compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Shipment Planning and Scheduling
- Coordinate inbound and outbound ground shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Plan efficient transport routes to reduce costs and delivery times.
- Collaborate closely with carriers, warehouses, and drivers to optimize delivery schedules.
Communication and Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, transport service providers).
- Maintain active communication with carriers to manage delays, cancellations, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with departments such as procurement, sales, and finance to streamline logistics operations.

Desired Candidate Profile
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
EDUCATION
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in logistics, transportation, or a related field
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a transport and logistics sector
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of road freight transportation in Morocco
- Proficient in international trade regulations between Morocco and Europe
- Familiarity with the specific requirements of textile goods transportation
- Knowledge of transport management software and tracking systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus
