Roles & Responsibilities

We are recruiting a Junior Lead Validation Engineer (0-2 years of experience), holding a Master's degree ( Bac+5 ), to participate in the validation activities of ADAS systems in accordance with Euro NCAP 2026 protocols . The position involves supporting test management, requirements traceability, application of ISO 17025 principles , as well as the organization of data and test scenarios in accordance with safety standards and regulations in force.

Comp tences techniques

• Knowledge of ADAS systems and associated validation processes.

• Good understanding of Euro NCAP 2026 validation protocols and traceability of requirements.

• Proficiency in data analysis and automation tools , particularly VBA .

• Ability to prepare, organize and analyze test data, validation scenarios and associated workflows.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address anomalies arising from validation activities.

• Rigour, organisational skills, autonomy and ability to work in a team within a multidisciplinary technical environment.

Main missions

• Contribute to the validation activities of ADAS systems in accordance with Euro NCAP 2026 protocols .

• Participate in the interpretation of test procedures and ensure the traceability of validation requirements.

• Supporting the implementation of the principles of the ISO 17025 standard , particularly in terms of documentation, quality control and traceability.

• Prepare and organize ADAS test data, test scenarios, and associated workflows.

• Analyze validation results, identify discrepancies and contribute to resolving detected anomalies.

• Ensure follow-up of validation activities and reporting to project teams, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations in force.
