We are seeking an accomplished Head Concierge to inspire and lead our Concierge team, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the exceptional standards and genuine care that define The Ritz-Carlton experience.
About the Role The Head Concierge is responsible for leading all aspects of the Concierge operation, ensuring guests receive intuitive, personalised and memorable service before, during and after their stay. Acting as a trusted ambassador for both the hotel and destination, you will oversee the delivery of bespoke guest experiences while building strong relationships with local partners, attractions and businesses to enhance every visit
This highly visible leadership role requires a strong operational mindset, a passion for luxury hospitality and the ability to inspire a team to consistently exceed guest expectations. Working closely with Front Office and hotel leadership teams, you will help drive guest satisfaction, loyalty and overall hotel performance
Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop the Concierge team, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, accountability and service excellence
- Oversee daily concierge operations, ensuring quality standards are consistently achieved and guest expectations exceeded
- Champion personalised service for all guests, with particular attention to VIPs, repeat visitors and special requests
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive network of local luxury partners, restaurants, cultural attractions and service providers to create exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure the team effectively handles guest enquiries, transportation arrangements, reservations, ticketing and bespoke concierge services
- Monitor guest feedback and service performance, implementing improvements that strengthen guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Support the achievement of departmental and property financial objectives through efficient operations and resource management
- Act as a role model for The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, maintaining a visible presence and setting the benchmark for guest relations

- Experience leading Concierge, Guest Services or Front Office operations within a luxury hospitality environment
- A strong understanding of guest engagement, service recovery and personalised luxury experiences
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to remain composed, professional and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how service excellence contributes to business performance
- A passion for coaching, mentoring and developing talent
