Your main missions will be:

  • Ensure the preparation and finalization of contracts and necessary HR documents for logistics platform employees;
  • Provide support to platform administrative assistants through effective and professional communication;
  • Carry out other administrative and operational activities, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the information provided;
  • Interact directly with employees and administrative assistants in France by email and through other communication channels;
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards relating to the protection, secrecy, and confidentiality of data and information.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma from higher education
  • Good command of French, written and spoken (minimum B2)
  • Organization, attention to detail, rigor
  • Communication skills, team spirit
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to manage a large volume of documents and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in administrative functions will be an asset.
