We are looking for a Senior Automotive Calculation Engineer for Durability & NVH, with a Master's degree (Bac+5) and 3 to 5 years of experience, to work on digital simulation and mechanical performance validation projects in the automotive sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bac+5 / Engineering degree or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Scientific Computing, Digital Simulation, or equivalent.
• Experience in carrying out durability, vibration, and acoustics (NVH) calculation studies.
• Analysis and validation of structural performance of vehicles and sub-systems.
• Management and validation of digital PIVs in collaboration with Performance engineers.
• Validation and optimization of BIW (Body-in-White) and Closures calculations.
• Correlation of numerical results with physical tests.
• Analysis of results and convergence of performances for durability, vibration, and crash calculations.
• Proposal of design improvements in collaboration with design teams.
• Expertise in vehicle durability and NVH calculation.
• Proficiency in digital simulation tools: LS-DYNA, NASTRAN, ABAQUS, Radioss, ANSA, and META.
• Good knowledge of finite element calculation methods.
• Proficiency in results analysis and mechanical performance optimization.
• Knowledge of the automotive development environment and validation processes.
