Roles & Responsibilities
The mission constitutes the operational level of monitoring and piloting signaling construction sites. It includes the supervision of works in the area, monitoring the technical and regulatory compliance of services provided by subcontractors. To this end, and depending on the site's needs, it includes:
- Organization and supervision of the execution of signaling works by subcontractors in the area (installation of signals, CDV, ADV, post cabling, cabinets, technical buildings);
- Contribution to the development and monitoring of the detailed schedule for their area, in coherence with the overall schedule of the SIG lot;
- Carrying out compliance checks of services performed by subcontractors, based on studies (DEX, PT, PV) and technical documents;
- Proceeding with the closure of hold points and critical points of the quality plan that condition the continuation of the works;
- Monitoring the availability of materials and consumables, in coordination with SIG base logistics;
- Application and implementation of market safety and quality provisions (PPSPS, PAQ, QSE procedures) and completion of monitoring documents (daily reports, FNC, FIR);
- Ensuring field liaison with the works management;
- Participation in meetings (weekly, site progress..), reporting daily on progress and promptly escalating any technical, safety, or contractual risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in signaling works (to ONCF standard)
- Number of years of experience: 10 years minimum
- Degree (Engineer or equivalent; technician): BAC +2 to +5
- Techniques, methods, and tools to implement: Monitoring and control of signaling works, site management, knowledge of equipment and technical references.
