Job Description

Join an ambitious team to lead the redesign and scaling of critical applications in React. You will be responsible for quality, front-end architecture and the implementation of modern development practices, in close collaboration with the product, QA and DevOps teams.

You are responsible.

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable and maintainable interfaces in React (>=18)

• To provide technical guidance to a front-end team, to lead code reviews, and to develop the skills of developers.

• Ensuring quality through TDD , automated testing (unit, integration, e2e) and CI/CD processes

• Participating in complex migrations , front-end redesigns, and architectural evolutions (monolith micro frontends, etc.)

• Apply the principles of DDD , Clean Code , SOLID , KISS/DRY , etc.

• Working closely with the QA, backend and DevOps teams (Docker, CI, monitoring)

Stack & Tools

• React 18+, TypeScript, Redux / State, Vite / Webpack

• Testing : Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright

• CI/CD : GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, Sonar

• Suivi qualit : ESLint, Prettier, Husky, Storybook

• DevOps Friendly: good understanding of cloud/containerized environments

• Minimum 7 years of front-end experience with a focus on advanced React

• Proven experience in front-end architecture redesign , migration , and design

• Rigorous application of TDD , automated testing, and continuous integration

• A culture of clean code , quality standards, and reliable delivery

• Natural technical leadership, ability to challenge and develop a team

• DevOps culture, comfortable with production environments
