Job Description

• Mastering the Python programming language for back-end application development.
• Have significant experience in the design and implementation of RESTful APIs.
• be familiar with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL , for data management.
• Have a good knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Terraform , Kubernetes, Helm and Git.
• to be able to implement and manage Cloud environments, such as GCP , using services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run and Cloud Storage.
• Having experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, InfluxDB, Telegraf and ELK to monitor application performance.
• be familiar with Linux systems for application development and deployment.
• Have a good understanding of Agile concepts ( Scrum , Sprint Planning, Backlog).
• to be able to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, with team members and project stakeholders.
• Having an analytical mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement in order to identify problems and propose solutions.
• to be able to step back to analyze problems objectively and propose solutions for improvement.
• Working collaboratively as a team to achieve common goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• A Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent university qualification with a specialization in computer science, or equivalent significant experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in Python
• Experience in the retail or mass distribution sector would be an asset.
