Job Description
We are looking for a JAVA Back-end or Full Stack Technical Expert to work within a Digital Factory of our client, a major player in the mass retail sector.
Mission :
- Participation in defining project architectures in support of technical managers.
- Steering and monitoring actual developments while ensuring best practices and adherence to initial recommendations,
- Independently managing upstream research and development studies and redesigning the architecture of existing projects,
- Participation in the technical response of the AVVs,
- Technology watch,
- Implementation of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and development of complex modules
- Adopting Agile and project-based architectures: microservices/event-driven/Hexagonal/Modular
- Actively contribute to improving software quality (automated testing, code coverage, Sonar).
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
A Master's degree ( Bac+5 ) from an engineering school or equivalent university qualification with a specialization in computer science, or equivalent significant experience.
Experience: +7 years either in Java/Spring Boot and Kafka Backend or in a full stack environment ( Java/Angular, React or Vue JS)
Technical requirements
- Architectures: Microservices, Hexagonal, or Event-driven
- Build Project : From Scratch
- Proficiency in JAVA, KAFKA and the Spring ecosystem #MustHave , recent versions will be a plus (Spring3, JAVA 17+)
- Front end: Angular 18+, React JS, Vue JS (optional)
- BDD relationnelles (PostgreSQL, SQL)
- Version control tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, especially via GitLab CI/CD
- Cloud, including GCP (BigQuery, BigTable) and Azure
- Using Docker for packaging and deploying applications in a DevOps context.
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture and craftsmanship principles (SOLID, YAGNI)
- Unit tests and integration tests, including JUnit, Mockito, Karate, Gatling (performance tests).
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM
