Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description As a Symfony Technical Expert, you will be responsible for the following activities (non-exhaustive and non-restrictive list): Participating in the definition of project architectures in support of technical managers; Participating in the drafting of detailed technical specifications; Ensuring effective development by adhering to best practices and initial recommendations; Independently managing upstream research and development studies and redesigning the architecture of existing projects; Participating in the maintenance of delivery scripts to deploy the solution on development and integration environments; Updating or writing technical documentation associated with software developments; Writing installation/operation procedures for the team responsible for deploying the solution on test, pre-production, and production environments; Proposing solutions to technical problems; Conducting Proofs of Concept (POCs) and development of complex modules. Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and you are proficient in the following technical areas: PHP Symfony 2/3/4, OOP and design patterns (MVC, singleton, dependency injection), Vue.js, Web Services (SOAP and REST), MySQL/Elastic Search, Git, GitHub, GitLab, Docker, PHPUnit, Behat and Selenium, Linux Debian
