Join TERAO Asia, a sustainable building engineering consulting firm, and participate in commercial development in a rapidly growing region (China, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia)! Your missions: Prospect: identify targets, decision-makers, and generate new opportunities Build client relationships: discovery meetings, networking, industry events Develop proposals with technical teams, and support strategic dossiers Structure our CRM: data, pipeline, commercial reporting Explore new markets: mini-sector studies, competitive intelligence Contribute to marketing: social networks, commercial materials, event identification

Desired Candidate Profile

You are our future VIE Project Manager if: You have previous experience in B2B business development. You have experience in Asia (VIE, long internship, expatriate): a real plus. Fluent English; Mandarin or other regional language appreciated. You are passionate about sustainable development and ready to invest in meaningful projects. Proficient in Excel & CRM tools. Autonomous, organized, curious, comfortable in a multicultural environment. A real appetite for sustainability and sustainable building. You meet the legal eligibility requirements for VIE contracts: Be under 29 years old. Be a citizen of the EU or the European Economic Area. Be available for 12 to 24 months.
