Its portfolio spans from standardized cables to specialized and data cables, including charging cables for electric mobility – covering every step from concept development to series production. 




Job Description
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
  • Manage customer demand and order fulfillment, including forecast analysis, order management, and on-time delivery coordination.
  • Oversee logistics and supply chain operations by coordinating shipments, monitoring stock levels, and improving logistics flows between LEONI and customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring rapid resolution of operational, logistics, and customs-related issues.
  • Monitor commercial performance, including order analysis, invoicing, payment tracking, and customer service performance.
  • Coordinate customer quality topics, supporting complaint management and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal quality teams.
  • Drive business development and market intelligence, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and reporting on new projects, competitors, and industry developments.


Qualifications and Experience

Master in Business Administration or related field


Minimim 5 years of work experience
