Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the project teams and working directly with the client, you will address critical issues related to product quality, regulatory compliance, and safety in the automotive sector. You will play a key role in improving product reliability and preventing risks.
Your main responsibilities:
- Technical analysis & non-conformity management
- Identify, analyze and address product/process non-conformities
- Investigate field incidents that have a security or customer impact
- Conducting root cause analyses (RCA, 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
- Managing corrective actions
- Define and monitor corrective and preventive action plans
- Ensuring their effectiveness over time (QRQC, PDCA)
- Coordinate the various stakeholders involved (production, engineering, suppliers)
- Project quality & continuous improvement
- Monitor quality indicators (KPIs) and analyze deviations
- Implement continuous improvement actions
- Contributing to process robustness and defect reduction
- Regulatory & normative compliance
- Ensuring product compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
- Apply the quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Coordination & communication
- To act as the interface with client teams and internal stakeholders
- Working in an international and multicultural environment
- Ensure clear and structured reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent (quality, mechanical , industrial)
- 5-10 years of experience in project quality, compliance, or safety in the automotive industry
- Excellent mastery of quality tools: 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, RCA
- Good knowledge of standards: IATF 16949, ISO 9001 (knowledge of safety is a plus)
- Analytical skills, rigor and ability to synthesize
