Job Description Workshops concerned: Stamping workshop, Welding/bodywork workshop, Paint shop, General assembly workshop, Underbody component workshop

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Key skills: Project management expertise in the field of automation, with mastery of business processes according to the relevant department (stamping, welding/bodywork, powertrain, painting, plastics processing, and general assembly). Knowledge of automation architectures (including safety aspects). Ability to control project deliverables during the study phase: Risk analysis, Functional analysis (including, if necessary, product quality risks), Electrical schematics (including safety aspects), Bills of Materials (BOM), PL calculations, Test Execution Procedure (TEP) initialization. Mastery of automation program control (including safety aspects). Knowledge of machine safety standards. Knowledge of interfaces with MES/Monitoring/IT systems (including cybersecurity aspects). Knowledge of electrical engineering and electrical diagrams. Knowledge of robotics. Knowledge of conveyor control technologies. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and problem-solving tools. Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word. 3-4 years of experience.
