Roles & Responsibilities

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for the deployment and installation of solutions on environments, production servers. He implements technical architectures for hosting and deployment, as well as automated flows for deployment and quality and security control.

Activities:

• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance
• Implement and maintain development platforms, including continuous deployment tools, for project teams;
• Implement and maintain pre-production and production platforms, including continuous deployment tools
• Implement the backup infrastructure for client platforms;
• Ensure the deployment, operation, and support of IT infrastructures;
• Participate in continuous improvement meetings for production deployment processes with development and operations teams;
• Provide operational solutions (production and infrastructure) by assisting teams in the implementation of continuous deployment;
• Ensure technical updates and evolutions, at all project stages, of middleware layers (OS, Databases) of applications
• Monitor metrics related to operations and software production quality;
• Take charge of training if necessary.

Technological Watch

• Conduct regular technological watch to stay informed of the latest developments concerning programming language standards.
