Job Description
- Manages and supervises the Quality Management & HSEE org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Quality Management & HSEE
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Quality Management & HSEE
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
Qualifications and Experience
- Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) / French (mandatory)
- Professional certifications are considered an advantage (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Six Sigma, NEBOSH, IOSH).
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position covering Quality Management and/or HSEE within a manufacturing environment.
- Mandatory experience in the automotive wiring harness industry.
- Proven experience managing Quality and HSEE functions at plant and/or country level.
- Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple production sites.
