• Manages and supervises the product Section org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Designs and leads initiatives with regard to product Section
• Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility
• Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
• Manages and supervises multiple org units within product Section
• Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

 Functional accountability for product Section on Country level

• Master’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in automotive industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
