Manages and supervises the Production Engineering org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Production Engineering Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility Manages and supervises multiple org units within Production Engineering Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, with a focus on industrial disciplines, is essential for this role. A minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior managerial position within the manufacturing or production engineering sector is strictly required. Demonstrated expertise in production engineering processes, standards, and best practices is crucial. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple organisational units are imperative.
