Within the project, your main responsibilities will include: Coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, business, and other stakeholders) as well as external suppliers to ensure alignment with project objectives. Organizing and facilitating project follow-up meetings to ensure effective synchronization of activities and deliverables. Identifying, managing, and resolving dependencies across teams and stakeholders. Defining, structuring, and maintaining technical specifications in close collaboration with engineering teams. Ensuring the clarity, consistency, and traceability of technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Reviewing and validating specifications with stakeholders to ensure full alignment with business and functional requirements. Acting as the primary interface between internal technical teams and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners. Ensuring clear, transparent, and effective communication across all involved parties. Proactively identifying and removing obstacles that may impact project progress and delivery timelines. Driving pragmatic problem-solving initiatives to maintain project momentum and delivery commitments. Facilitating collaboration and decision-making by fostering effective communication and alignment between teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Holding a Master s degree (BAC+5) in Embedded Systems or a related field , you have proven experience in V&V, particularly HIL validation . Strong knowledge of technical specifications and project management methodologies. Good mastery of the V-Cycle and HIL testing/validation . Knowledge of ISO 26262 . Strong automotive industry background. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
