Job Description Key Responsibilities Change Management Strategy: Define and implement the change management policy in accordance with ITIL and Inetum standards. Change Approval Board (CAB) Management: Organize and lead change approval committees, prioritize changes, and ensure traceability of decisions. Risk and Impact Analysis: Anticipate the technical, organizational, and financial impacts of changes. Multi-Project Coordination: Synchronize changes with other TDF program initiatives. Communication and Change Management: Develop communication plans and support business and technical teams. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Measure the performance of changes, propose optimizations, and ensure lessons learned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Profile: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. Proven experience (7+ years) in IT change management within critical environments (banking, telecommunications, industry). ITIL v4 certification required; Prince2 or PMI certification is a plus. Proficiency in change management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira). Technical and behavioral skills: In-depth knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure, AWS), Windows/Linux systems, and complex networks. Ability to manage crisis situations and ensure business continuity. Rigor, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy in stakeholder management. Expected deliverables: Documented and validated change management strategy. Weekly and monthly reports on key indicators (successes, failures, impacts). Communication plans and training materials for teams. Feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and decision-making skills. Proven leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
