The main function of this position is to develop and implement LC/MS (liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry)-based bioanalysis and characterization assays of novel biologics entities. The successful candidate will be experienced in the optimization and implementation of novel and routine LC/MS-based bioanalytical methods for protein and proteome characterization and quantitation to support <em>in vivo</em> PK, TK, and PK/PD studies as well as <em>in vivo</em> stability characterization of complex biotherapeutic modalities. The candidate will be responsible for sample preparation, method development, bioanalytical assay operations, data analysis, report generation, and data presentation. </p><br><p> <br><strong>Key tasks and responsibilities: </strong> </p><br><ul><li>Operate and maintain LC/MS instruments to generate high-quality experimental data. </li><li>Perform affinity purification of biotherapeutic (including but not limited to monoclonal and multispecific antibody, antibody drug conjugates, Fusion Proteins, antibody-siRNA conjugates, and tLNPs). </li><li>Perform proteomics/immunopeptidomics sample preparation workflows </li><li>Analyze data and maintain detailed, accurate and comprehensive study documentation in electronic laboratory notebooks. (8+ years), or B.S. <p>Key Areas of Responsibility:<br>Build, enhance and maintain the engagement with CVRM scientific leaders (KEEs)<br>•<br>70% of time for field activities where 60% will be actually in the field engaging HCPs and external stakeholders across territory and brands (10% for preparation of visits and calls with KEEs for appointments)<br>•<br>2 times per week in the office to follow field activities with the medical head and establish the plan for KEEs visits .<br>•<br>Proactively identify HCPs with high levels of scientific expertise in local treatment practice to collaborate on specific medico marketing activities<br>•<br>Development and implementation of KEE engagement plan in collaboration with MSL/Medical/Line Manager and TA lead.
