Job Description

Main missions

• Participate in the organization, translation, and creation of technical training modules for workshops and after-sales teams.
• Contribute to the updating and structuring of technical documentation.
• Participate in the filtering, analysis, and structuring of data using digital tools and Excel files.
• Ensure the monitoring and exploitation of data from digital platforms used in after-sales.
• Diagnose and analyze vehicle breakdowns, particularly those related to electronic and embedded systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of diagnostic and repair processes.
• Participate in the creation of pedagogical and technical support materials for training.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Very good level in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good command of data analysis and processing on Excel (sorting, filtering, tables, etc.).
• Good knowledge of the operation of automotive embedded systems.
• Good knowledge of the operation of hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
• Ability to diagnose and analyze vehicle breakdowns.
• Good understanding of automotive electronic and electrical architecture.
• Mastery of digital tools and platforms used in automotive after-sales.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills for technical issues.
• Understanding of automotive diagnostic systems and testing tools.
• Ability to interact with technicians and network workshops.
• Sense of organization and technical documentation management.
• Good level of technical communication.
• Good level in French and English (written and oral).
• Training in automotive diagnostics, automotive electrical engineering, or automotive engineering.
