Knowledge of PPAP processes and supplier validation. Bill of Materials (BOM) management. Management of technical changes (ECR, ECO, ISSUE, LA). 3D design and drafting using CATIA V5/V6. Advanced mastery of ENOVIA / PLM / DOCINFO tools. Advanced mastery of product lifecycle. Analysis and validation of supplier technical documentation (PCP, CTF, RCM). Review and validation of digital mock-ups (DMU) with stakeholders. Knowledge of functional dimensioning and geometric tolerancing (GD&T). Risk analysis during project milestones. Knowledge of automotive quality tools (8D, 5S, DMAIC, ISO 9001). Monitoring of KPIs (QCD, OTD, FTQ, FRT, dashboards..) Coordination with cross-functional teams (Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, Production) Mastery of vehicle base systems and silhouette (Strong knowledge of chassis and more) Team management, quality analysis of internal deliverables Problem solving and feedback on client projects Behavioral issues: leadership, communication, conflict management, prioritization and working in a multicultural environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in PLM. Cross-functional leadership. Autonomy and proactivity. Good level of French and English.
