About the position

We are looking for an experienced APQP Pilot to support the deployment of quality processes in an automotive industrial environment. You will play a central role in project quality management, industrialization, and launch monitoring, while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.

Job missions

• Pilot activities related to APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
• Ensure monitoring and application of automotive quality tools: PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan.
• Participate in the management of industrial projects and launch phases.
• Analyze and resolve quality issues using 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in projects.
• Monitor quality indicators and perform data analysis (SPC, MSA, KPI).
• Ensure communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and lead quality monitoring meetings.
• Produce reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree Bac+5 in Quality, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

3 to 5 years of experience in quality piloting, ideally in the automotive sector.

Good command of quality analysis tools and problem-solving management.

Experience in team coordination and project management.

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and project management tools.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods appreciated.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good level of French and English.
