Client Overview:Our client is an innovative food and beverage company specializing in pickling products and culinary experiences. They offer flavored pickling liquors for home use, work with local farmers to create pickles from rejected produce, and provide corporate workshops teaching the art and history of pickling.
Schedule:Monday - Friday, UK Timezone (GMT/BST)
Responsibilities:Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to potential corporate clients to book workshop sessions Generate and manage leads using Apollo and Linked In for prospecting Test different calling times (morning, afternoon, early evening) to optimize contact and conversion rates Build rapport and engage with decision-makers during the critical first seven seconds of each call Track and report on call activities, contact rates, and meeting bookings Maintain accurate records in company CRM systems
Requirements:Proven B2B sales experience with demonstrated cold calling success Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport and connection Experience using lead generation tools such as Apollo and Linked InStrong ability to engage prospects and convert cold calls into booked meetings Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice-to-have Requirements:Experience selling corporate workshops, events, or experiential services Familiarity with the UK corporate market and business culture
